From first call to handover.
Six stages. You see a measured drawing and an itemised rate before any material reaches site.
Talk to Nikhil
A call or a WhatsApp message. Property type, area, what stage you are at and roughly what you want to spend.
Site visit and measurement
Every wall measured on site. Nothing is priced off a builder's floor plan, because builder plans and built walls rarely agree.
Layouts and 3D views
Plans, elevations and 3D views of the rooms being worked on, so you are approving a room rather than a description.
Itemised quote
Each unit priced on its front-face square footage with the rate shown. Services priced on carpet area with a stated coverage factor.
Execution
Carpentry, ceiling, electrical, paint and installation sequenced on site, supervised by the person who drew it.
Handover
Snag list closed, hardware checked, surfaces cleaned. You get the drawing set and the material schedule for your records.
[stage durations and payment schedule — needs confirmation]
Every rate on the quote is one you can check.
Units are measured on front-face square footage rather than floor area. Kitchens are priced on three wall lengths against an effective height and a finish tier. Services such as ceiling and paint are priced on carpet area with a stated coverage factor.
